## TERMS OF SERVICE
THE SERVICE: ambanddirector.com and the Clockwork Rehearsal app (the "Services") are owned by JAMES HARGREAVES and ambanddirector.com.
LICENSING: Purchases of spreadsheets or app subscriptions grant a license for a single director. Clockwork Rehearsal is a subscription-based license. You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer our code or formulas.
REFUNDS: Due to the digital nature of our resources, all sales are final. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
LIABILITY: Services are provided "as is." Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
## PRIVACY POLICY
DATA MINIMIZATION: We only collect the minimum data needed for rehearsal planning (e.g., director email, schedule info). We do not sell your data to third parties.
GOOGLE API LIMITED USE: Clockwork Rehearsal’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google Drive access exclusively to allow users to select and display their own files within the rehearsal dashboard. We do not store copies of these files on our servers, nor do we use this data for any purpose other than active display during user sessions.
STUDENT PRIVACY (COPPA/FERPA): Clockwork Rehearsal is designed for director use. If student names are entered, the User (Teacher/School) acts as the agent for parental consent. We comply with FERPA standards by keeping all rehearsal data secure, private, and encrypted in transit via SSL/TLS.
YOUR RIGHTS: In accordance with 2026 standards, you may request a copy of your data or its permanent deletion at any time by contacting us.
SECURITY: We use industry-standard encryption to protect your account and rehearsal blueprints.
## LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JAMES HARGREAVES OR AMBANDDIRECTOR.COM (COLLECTIVELY, "THE PROVIDER") BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE CLOCKWORK REHEARSAL APP.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE PROVIDER BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, OR INJURY RESULTING FROM HACKING, TAMPERING, OR OTHER UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SERVICE OR YOUR ACCOUNT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PROVIDER'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO THE PROVIDER IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
